About Wi-Find

Wi-find is a wirelesss network detection tool that is written in C and is aiming for flexabality and clean easy to understand code. We currently only suport prism2 based cards using the wlan-ng drive (the hostap might work also) but the support is there to add more cards. Whenever I can beg, borrow, or steal them from friends and such.

Still working on version the gui version of 0.3. I'm going to upload the newer 0.2.1 tonight. Small bug fixes and such.

There are going to not be any updates to the command line version for awhile. I'm currently working on a new gui gtk2 version of wi-find that will incorporate all the wardriving functions into a library and also be using bpf insted of libpcap, so the next version *should* work on any card. I should have a unstable release in a few weeks.

Finally got around to releasing version 0.2. Now all the logging works. The log dump for the packets looks decent and the raw dumping to a tcpdump format file works. I also fixed a few errors in my automake/autoconf scripts and enabled GPS logging.

Version 0.1 released into the wild. Still don't have the log to file working and the packet logging working but that should all be fixed in 0.2 which is due out pretty soon. Most people who whoule be using this program should know how to use pipes and such anyway.
